William W. Yu Associate
William W. Yu is an Associate and joined CI Capital Partners in August 2011. Mr. Yu initiates, evaluates, and structures transactions, coordinates and conducts due diligence, and monitors CI Capital Partners investments post-acquisition. Previously, Mr. Yu was an Associate at GTCR where he focused on middle-market leveraged buyouts and growth equity investments. Prior to GTCR, Mr. Yu was in the Leveraged Finance Group at J.P. Morgan, where he focused on evaluating and executing bank and high yield financings for leveraged buyouts and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Yu has a B.A. in Math and Economics as well as a M.A. in Governmental Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and a M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
