Joost F. Thesseling Managing Director
Joost F. Thesseling is a Managing Director and joined CI Capital Partners in May 2000. Mr. Thesseling initiates, evaluates, and structures transactions, coordinates and conducts due diligence, and participates in the oversight of CI Capital Partners portfolio companies. Mr. Thesseling is Chairman of Transplace and Tech Air and is a former director of Valley National Gases, LLC. Previously, Mr. Thesseling worked at Engelhard Corporation, a Fortune 500 company active in specialty chemicals and precious metal trading. Prior to Engelhard, Mr. Thesseling was employed at PricewaterhouseCoopers in both Europe and the United States, where he led operational and financial due diligence reviews on behalf of leveraged buy-out firms and strategic buyers. Mr. Thesseling received a B.A. in Economics and an MBA from the Erasmus University School of Economics in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
