Robert M. Kopera Vice President
Robert M. Kopera is a Vice President and joined CI Capital Partners in August 2007. Mr. Kopera
is a director of Tech Air and The IntraPac Group. Mr. Kopera initiates, evaluates, and structures
transactions, coordinates due diligence, and monitors CI Capital Partners investments postacquisition.
Previously, Mr. Kopera was an associate at Quad-C Management, a private equity
firm located in Charlottesville, Virginia where he focused on middle-market leveraged buyouts.
Prior to Quad-C, Mr. Kopera was an analyst in the Restructuring & Recapitalization Group of
Jefferies & Company. At Jefferies, he executed restructuring, financing and distressed M&A
transactions for middle-market clients. Mr. Kopera holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from
Virginia Tech and is a CFA charterholder.
